Since our company was founded in 1961, everything we do has revolved around one thing:

Decades of experience, technical expertise and our commitment to the highest standards of precision have shaped Fischer & Plath into the company it is today, with sealing solutions used across a wide range of applications and industries.
A great deal has changed over the past 65 years. Technologies have evolved, production processes have become more advanced, and new markets and requirements have emerged. Yet one thing has remained unchanged: our commitment to providing our customers with reliable, high-quality sealing solutions.
But Fischer & Plath is about more than machines, materials and technology. Behind 65 years of company history are, above all, people: employees who contribute their knowledge and experience, apprentices and young professionals who bring fresh ideas, and customers and business partners who have placed their trust in us – many of them for many years.
All of them have helped make Fischer & Plath the company it is today. That is why we would like to use this anniversary above all as an opportunity to say thank you.
Thank you to our employees – both those who are with us today and those who have accompanied and helped shape Fischer & Plath over the past decades. Thank you to our customers, partners and companions for their trust and the excellent cooperation we have shared.
And last but not least, our special thanks go to our Managing Director and owner, Ralf Mertens, whose foresight, dedication and entrepreneurial courage have enabled him to pursue his vision with determination, shaping and developing Fischer & Plath over many years.
